Eastern Nazarene College has agreed to sell its Quincy campus to a Kansas-based private equity and development firm with ties to the school.

With Eastern Nazarene College closing at the end of the academic year, the university’s board of trustees has reached a deal to sell the Quincy campus to a development firm that plans to convert many of the existing buildings to multifamily homes and townhouses, as well as senior-living residences, according to the college’s president.

The campus is expected to be turned into new multi-family, town home and senior-living residential developments with community amenities and green space.
