Klint Kubiak just won the Super Bowl as the Seattle Seahawks’ offensive coordinator on Sunday, and by Tuesday, he was already in Las Vegas being introduced as the Raiders’ next head coach.
Klint Kubiak became the Las Vegas Raiders’ head coach on Monday, signing a five-year deal after the Seahawks’ Super Bowl LX win. The 38-year-old leaves Seattle after overseeing an offense that ranked third in points per game at 28.
Klint Kubiak, a 2023 49ers assistant under Kyle Shanahan, got introduced Tuesday as the Las Vegas Raiders’ coach.
But when the Las Vegas Raiders hired Kubiak as their next team leader, Raiders owner Mark Davis said it went beyond that — specifically, the 2026 NFL Draft, as Las Vegas holds the No. 1 selection. Davis met with reporters after Kubiak’s introductory press conference on Tuesday and revealed a significant reason for the hiring.
