Golf's long civil war is going to last at least a little longer. Following a meeting on Thursday with President Trump, PGA Tour commissioner Jay Monahan and player representatives Tiger Woods and Adam Scott released yet another statement that offered yet another commitment to reunite golf, while yet again giving no timetable for the game's reunion.

Woods, a Tour policy board member who is serving on the Transaction Sub-Committee, said on Sunday’s broadcast on CBS of the Genesis Invitational that another meeting to discuss the reunification of PGA Tour and LIV Golf, as well as a potential investment from the Saudis in the PGA Tour, was imminent.
