Oscar Piastri aims to use the “frustration” he feels at the penalty which cost him victory at the British Grand Prix as motivation to win more races as he chases the F1 title.

FIA documents show the British Grand Prix stewards could have been more lenient to Oscar Piastri at Silverstone, instead of the 10-second penalty that put Lando Norris in the driving seat

The lead car can dictate the pace of the restart, but Piastri was pinged by race stewards for "suddenly" braking. He received a 10-second time penalty, which he served during a pitstop. As a result, McLaren teammate Lando Norris took the race lead and went on to claim victory in his home Grand Prix.
