Mellace Family Brands California, Inc. initiated the recall for its Wegmans Semi-Sweet Chocolate Nonpareils because it contained milk even though that ingredient was not mentioned on the packaging, according to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Batches of Wegmans Semi-Sweet Chocolate Nonpareils were recalled due to the presence of an undeclared allergen.
