The U.S. Capitol has begun displaying a statue of a teenaged Barbara Rose Johns as she protested poor conditions at her segregated Virginia high school.
Capitol Police are investigating after someone was found dead on Olin Street. Officers were called at about 5:30 p.m. Dec. 26 to the scene. The person was pronounced dead. Capitol Police have not said how the person died or released a name. Authorities said no arrests have been made.
