Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen has been named the 2024 NFL MVP. Allen was presented the honor at the NFL Honors ceremony on Thursday and he had some stiff competition. At the top of that list were Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson and Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley.

Josh Allen might not have been able to secure his ultimate goal this season with the Buffalo Bills, but the superstar quarterback did manage to take home a massive award Thursday night during NFL Honors.

After winning the NFL's MVP, Josh Allen received a touching congratulations video from the children in a very special wing of a Buffalo children's hospital.
