SEATTLE — Third Avenue in Seattle is slowly getting a facelift. The newest addition is overhead lights that were strung across 3rd from Virginia to Stewart streets. This is part of Mayor Bruce Harrell’s Downtown Activation Plan, which aims to make downtown safer and more welcoming for tenants, businesses, employees, residents, and visitors.
