Ukraine is working to resume prisoner exchanges with Russia that could free 1,200 Ukrainians, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Sunday.

Updated data from the General Staff for November 16 show the enemy's current losses since the start of the full-scale invasion, as well as losses sustained over the past day, according to a post by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Telegram.

Last week Ukrainian units faced intense pressure at multiple flashpoints. Kyiv reported that between Monday night and Tuesday night, its forces engaged in some 170 tactical engagements— 40 percent of which, according to some estimates, were in or around Pokrovsk.

Moscow expects to take Kupiansk in a week while Ukraine claims to have expelled the Russians from the northern part of the city. Ukraine continues to launch attacks on Russian military targets and energy facilities.

Ukraine on Thursday used new domestically produced cruise missiles as well as other weapons to strike “several dozen objects” in Russian-occupied territories and inside itself, according to the general staff.
