HARRISVILLE, W.Va. (WBOY) — The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources (WVDNR) has confirmed to 12 News that it is monitoring an outbreak of hemorrhagic disease (HD) in white-tailed deer.
It is not currently deer hunting season in West Virginia. Investigators assume the deer being dragged by the driver was already dead when he picked it up and took it with him. This is not that deer.
