New Chief Minister of Delhi Rekha Gupta on Saturday met Prime Minister Narendra Modi at his residence in their first formal meeting after she took charge

Days after taking charge as the new Delhi Chief Minister, Rekha Gupta met Prime Minister Narendra Modi, at his residence on Saturday, February 22. Taking to X, Gupta shared some pictures from her visit and wrote,

Just two days later of being sworn-in as Delhi Chief Minister, Rekha Gupta met Prime Minister Narendra Modi at his residence in the national capital on Saturday. Both of them had met during the oath-taking ceremony at Ramlila Maidan on February 20 too while the PM attended the event along with Union Home Minister Amit Shah and various other NDA leaders.

With the formation of the new government in Delhi, Chief Minister Rekha Gupta and her team have swiftly moved into action, focusing on fulfilling pre-election promises. Following her historic swearing-in at Ramlila Maidan,

Delhi Minister Pankaj Kumar Singh on February 21 emphasized that the top priority of the newly formed BJP government in the national capital is to fulfil all the promises made by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Rekha Gupta became the President of the Delhi University Students' Union (DUSU) in 1996-97 and actively raised student issues.
