T1 has won the Valorant Masters Bangkok tournament, taking the first major international trophy of the season by beating G2 in the final.

Absolute cinema went down in Bangkok as T1 defended the VALORANT Champions Tour turf by winning the VALORANT Masters Bangkok grand finals against VCT Americas' G2 in five maps and ending the series at triple overtime.

VALORANT Masters Bangkok 2025 reached 4.3m peak viewership, setting an all-time esports record.

South Korea's T1 have been crowned champions of VALORANT Masters Bangkok after they came back from down 2-1 and outlasted American team G2 Esports in a five-game thriller in the tournament's grand finals on Sunday (2 March).

With this result, T1 became the second Pacific side to win a Valorant Masters after Gen.G Esports, who won the Valorant Masters Shanghai in a thrilling grand final against Team Heretics. Curiously enough, T1's Kim "Meteor" Tae-oh was also part of the golden roster.

T1 has secured a spot in the VALORANT Masters Bangkok Grand Final after eliminating EDward Gaming in the Lower Grand Final. The Korean powerhouse took down the Chinese representatives and Champions 2024 winners by 3-1 in the best-of-five series, despite EDG having a veto advantage. Now, T1 will face G2 in the Grand Final.

VALORANT Masters Bangkok is nearing its conclusion, with only two teams left in contention for the title following the conclusion of the lower bracket finals on Saturday (1 March). T1 pulled off a 3-1 upset, exacting revenge against 2024 VALORANT Champions EDward Gaming (EDG) to secure their place in the grand finals against G2 Esports.
