These bad hombres can run, but they can’t hide. A Tren de Aragua gangbanger who is wanted for murder in Dallas and holed up in an apartment in Houston got the surprise of his life earlier this month when federal agents swarmed him as part of President Trump’s deportation raids across the US.

The 27-year-old Venezuelan was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon and is the suspected shooter in an attempted murder investigation in San Antonio.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement targeted more than 100 members of a violent Venezuelan gang holed up in Colorado apartment complexes. On Wednesday morning, ICE raided a minimum of three apartment buildings in Aurora that have reported Tren de Aragua activity,

Border Czar Tom Homan on Thursday confirmed that a planned Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operation in Aurora, Colo., had been leaked to members of the Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang. "We've already identified how this operation got leaked. I'll deal with that today," he told Fox News.

The gang members are among the more than 7,000 criminal aliens ICE has apprehended since President Donald Trump took office.
