According to Down Detector, the problems started at around 3:11pm today, February 28, and are affecting WhatsApp users across the UK. At this time, reports of issues spike significantly with almost 6,000 people logging their experience. Currently, the most reported issues are sending messages (56%), server connection (32%) and app issues (12%).
