Stevie Nicks said Janis Joplin taught her more in an hour and a half than anyone else she had ever encountered in the music industry.

Acclaimed vocalist Nicks first came to worldwide fame as a member of Fleetwood Mac, helping propel that band to multiplatinum heights on 1977’s “Rumours” and other albums. She also has had a fantastic solo career, delivering such hits as “Edge of Seventeen” and “Edge of Midnight.”
