Democrats were projected to win a Connecticut state House special election on Tuesday, according to Decision Desk HQ. Democratic candidate Larry Pemberton defeated Republican Brandon Sabbag for Connecticut state House District 139.
Republicans won one but lost another special election Tuesday in what will be received as mixed news for U.S. President Donald Trump.
