In the postseason for the second time since 2001, the Seattle Mariners are turning to a starting pitcher with a little playoff experience for Saturday's AL Division Series opener against the Detroit Tigers.
Each postseason team gets a piece of the money earned from playoff gate receipts. The World Series champion gets the highest percentage of the pool, followed by the World Series runner-up, and then the rest of the teams that qualified for the postseason.
