The Museum of Broadway hosts event to raise awareness for bone marrow donations
The drive honors the memory of a former "Lion King" star who died at the age of 11 before she could find a bone marrow match.
Adapted from Sara Gruen ’s 2006 novel (which was also a major motion picture in 2011), WATER FOR ELEPHANTS ran for 300 performances on Broadway in 2024 after premiering in Atlanta the year before.
