Coke sweetened with cane sugar.The soda giant plans to add a line of cane sugar-sweetened Coke, its chief executive said, after Trump last week said Coca-Cola had agreed to use “REAL Cane Sugar” in the soda.

The president said last week he urged the iconic soft drink brand to use the sweetener in its American version of Coke.

Coca-Cola confirmed Tuesday that it was expanding its product range to include an offering sweetened with cane sugar in place of traditional high-fructose corn syrup.
