The Civilian Office of Police Accountability said the man shot and killed by Chicago police Monday was in a vehicle wanted in connection to a shooting on the Eisenhower Expressway earlier that day.

No injuries were reported, and eastbound traffic is being diverted to Harlem Avenue, according to Illinois State Police.
