PHOENIX — One thing is certain: The “No Kings” movement is growing in Arizona. Protests across the state Saturday morning featured similar, if not larger, crowds compared to protests in June. And there were more locations.

The BriefThe nationwide No Kings Day is a massive, single-day mobilization to oppose what organizers call President Donald Trump's authoritarianism, "billionaire-first" politics, and the militarization of democracy.
From Maricopa and San Tan Valley to Anthem and Fountain Hills to Sun City and Buckeye, there are many events in the greater Phoenix area, according to a No Kings map at nokings.org. There is only one rally planned in Phoenix at the Arizona State Capitol at 1700 W. Washington St.
