As Nathaniel Lowe’s tying, two-run homer sailed into the bullpen in the bottom of the ninth, it appeared the Boston Red Sox were on their way to another dramatic victory.

The Red Sox have signed first baseman Nathaniel Lowe for the remainder of the 2025 season.

Lowe won a Silver Slugger award in 2022 while a member of the Rangers, when he hit 27 home runs with a 302 batting average.
