Nov 18, 2011 · The start button on your Konami harness is at position 10. However, not all Konami games use the start button. Sometimes they just use hit/attack at position 7. Below is the pinout for 3 and 4 players for X-men, notice how position 10 is blank. But 10 is actually the start button for other Konami games.

Mar 20, 2007 · The numbers to the left are likely Konami part numbers. Google them and see if you get any hints. Otherwise, you'll have to find someone who has the parts list (perhaps a call to Betson) and see if they will help you, or you'll have to buy a new board. I have on occasion, seen games and equipment with custom chip numbers.

In general it really only matters for the games with full sideart not fitting or having Maggie's hair trimmed (Simpsons). I have what I believe to be all of the 4p Konami cabinets listed on the website in my signature. It will list the shared cabs.

Most people seemed to prefer the leaded through hold capacitor style repair, but I thought I'd give the SMT capacitors a try.
