Here’s a great combination: Legs and Arms! When your upper body is working, your lower body is resting and vice versa. I love doing super sets of opposing muscles or areas on the body. Take one arm and one leg exercise, and repeat it for three rounds, either at 12 reps each or 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest.
