Annapurna Avalanche at the break of dawn. For a sense of scale - this mountain (Annapurna South) is 7,219m tall. I was at 2150m, in the village of Chomrong, so by my rough estimate this avalanche travelled around 5km down the mountain in less than 3 minutes! Having already set up the timelapse it was such a pleasure to be able to witness this act of nature in real-time (from a safe spot).
