During the northbound I-5 Interstate Bridge closure Sept. 12-20, travelers between Vancouver and Portland will share the three existing lanes and sidewalk on the southbound bridge. A movable concrete barrier will shift lanes to allow for two lanes of travel in the direction of the heaviest commute times.
