SOUTH OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS: The strong westerly winds in the region of #WestTexas are creating dangerous road conditions. Earlier this morning, the Dawson County Sheriff's Office shared this video as its deputies worked an 18-wheeler rollover on Highway 349 and FM 115.
