Structure Fire - Santa Rosa Avenue* At 12:50am this morning, Santa Rosa Fire received a call from a resident that stated that they heard an explosion and when they went outside to investigate, they saw smoke and fire coming from the window of the home next door. They attempted to extinguish the fire with a garden hose but were unsuccessful. The first engine arrived in under 6 minutes and found smoke coming from a window and roof vents of a one-story manufactured home. Firefighters deployed hose
