NEW IN 2026! The Medina County Historical Society will be starting our 2026 open houses on March 8. New this year we will have both museums open at the same time & day. We will be open on the 2nd Sunday of each month from 1pm – 4pm. Many visitors have asked us about having both museums open, so we will try this plan. You can visit both the John Smart House, 206 N. Elmwood, Medina, and the McDowell-Phillips House Museum, 205 S. Prospect St., Medina the same day if you like! We have a new exhibit
