Another way to enjoy sorghum 🥗 Sorghum salad - 1&1/2 cups cooked sorghum * - 1 small red onion, finely chopped - 1 cub cooked sweet potato/butternu - 1/2 each yellow and red pepper, cubed - 1 feta round - 1/2 cub cucumber - 1/4 cup soft herbs : mint, parsley finely chopped - Salt and pepper to taste *soak sorghum overnight and cook with 2 cups water till soft Add all ingredients in a bowl and toss to combine and dress For the dressing combine 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon honey Juice of
