Bell 407 helicopter with the tail number N407SJ received serious damage while attempting to take off from Skypark Airfield in Bountiful, Utah. During takeoff, the helicopter hit an open (unclosed) hangar door, which resulted in the destruction of the main rotor blades, subsequent fall and further damage. The pilot reportedly received minor injuries.The incident occurred on Friday morning, around 8:49 a.m. local time. Police released a statement that the pilot was not intoxicated and did not repo
