Earlier this month, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol responded to a call unlike anything we had seen before. On Saturday, December 13, around noon, our Northeast Communications Center began receiving multiple calls about a newer-model Kia traveling slowly in the right lane of the Will Rogers Turnpike.
