AE53, Casablanca, Morocco Positioned along the western edge of Casablanca’s Anfa Park, this residential tower sits on the site of a former airfield. Its design references the city’s modernist legacy while engaging the scale and texture of the evolving urban fabric. The project draws from multiple sources: the spatial clarity of the modernist core, the layered enclosure of traditional Moroccan riads, and the immediate presence of the park. Landscape elements are brought up into the building, esta
